### For Businesses (Personas Jurídicas)
1. **FAL (Fondo de Asistencia Laboral)**: Help selecting and managing the CNV-authorized administrator for the mandatory labor assistance fund. No net cost — offset by reduction in employer contributions.
2. **Alternative Financing**: Access to bursatile instruments — deferred payment checks, bursatile promissory notes, and Negotiable Obligations — often at more competitive rates than bank financing.
3. **Operating Cost Savings**: Comitent accounts are exempt from the Argentine debit/credit tax (impuesto al cheque). Operate eCheqs with greater flexibility than traditional banking.
4. **Liquidity and Treasury Management**: Strategy for investing idle corporate funds in low-volatility instruments so cash earns returns while awaiting use.
5. **Dollar Patrimonial Hedge**: Dollarize corporate or partner surpluses via comitent account, with greater flexibility than traditional banking.
6. **Partner Patrimonial Planning**: Distribute profits as liberated shares or FCI quotas — excluded from the 7% Cedular Tax that applies to cash distributions. Shares of Argentine listed companies are excluded from the shareholder's Personal Assets (Bienes Personales) tax base.
